How to build a SaaS marketing site that converts trials

Map the funnel as one page
Stop thinking 'homepage', 'pricing page', 'docs'. Think one continuous flow: visitor → trial signup → first action → first value → first 'wow' → upgrade prompt. Every page in that flow should have one job.
The trial signup page is sacred
No competing CTAs. No nav. No 'maybe see pricing first?' link. The only path is forward. We've seen 40% lifts from removing the navigation on signup pages.
